今日學左呢個Alemana同埋執番靚少少d step，因為d step超搞笑，冇乜美感可言。阿sir話，要好似行平行木咁既步法，有d難度呀下。

Alemana可以係緊接Fan Post之後:

(女步only)
[1]預備步
[2]後踏
[3]回力
[4] & [1] twist, 轉90度 clockwise
[2]前踏(左腳)
[3]前踏(右腳),轉180度 anti-clockwise
[4]後踏 (Fan Post)
[1][2]合 & twist
[3]前踏(左腳) (Alemana 開始)
[4]前踏(右腳),轉90度 clockwise (重心在右腳)
--> Under arm spot turn
--> Hand to Hand x 3
--> Under arm spot turn
--> Shoulder to Shoulder x 3
--> Under arm spot turn
--> New York x 3
--> Solo spot turn

[2]左腳交叉踏右轉(Solo spot turn)
[3]右腳前踏
[4]左腳前踏,轉180度 clockwise
[1]右腳後踏
